Help, contact and support for RobetorVR.
This is the central support page for RobetorVR users, interested customers and testers. Questions, issues and feedback can start here.
RobetorVR is the in-house VR solution by Dücker Robotics GmbH for robotics, interaction and virtual scenes. The Meta Store release is in preparation.

What this page helps with
The support page is intentionally clear: users should quickly see how to get help and what information is useful for a clean bug report.
Technical problems
If RobetorVR does not start, does not run smoothly or behaves unexpectedly, support can be requested here.
Usage questions
Questions about functions, scenes, robots or workflows can also be addressed here.
Feedback & improvement
Practical feedback is explicitly welcome. For a specialized VR robotics solution, useful feedback is valuable.
What a useful support request should include
Please include if possible
- Short problem description: What exactly is not working?
- Device / headset: On which system does the issue occur?
- App version: If visible, include the version number.
- Steps to reproduce: What happened directly before the issue?
- Screenshots or videos: Add them if possible.
Why this matters
Vague error reports cost time. If the affected system, user action and visible behavior are clear from the beginning, the problem can be narrowed down much faster.
Especially with VR, interaction and robotics, context is critical.
